The Senior Center is located at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg. It is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Club 55
Club 55 is part of Schaumburg Park District Fitness Unlimited. The fitness classes are designed for active partipants age 55 and older. Classes include cardio, toning, stretching and relaxation. Check out the latest program catalog for a complete listing of current classes.

Health Clinic
A free health clinic sponsored by the Village of Schaumburg Health Department is held the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Senior Center. A registered nurse conducts the clinic and administers tests, including blood pressure, blood sugar and hemoglobin.

Public Transportation
The Senior Center is accessible through the RTA services, Senior Citizen Mini Bus (call 882-1929), "Dial-A-Ride" (call 352-8097) and cab service.
Weekly Schedule
Mondays
Bowling League: Mondays and Wednesdays at the Woodfield Bowling Alley through May. Regulars and substitutes welcome.
Canasta: 9 a.m. to noon. Bring your lunch.
Table Tennis: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Poker and Pinochle: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Bocce: 10 a.m.
Tuesdays
Wednesdays
Cards & Gab: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bring your own lunch - free coffee. Kitchen is available to heat or cook food. Canteen to purchase juice, pop, chips, etc. is also available.
Bingo: 12:30 to 2 p.m.
Poker and Pinochle: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Bocce: 10 a.m.
Free Health Clinic: Second and fourth Wednesday, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Thursdays
Bridge: Noon to 3 p.m. Bring your lunch.
Table Tennis: 9 to 11 a.m.
Special luncheon: Second Thursday of each month with professional entertainment.
