Be a part of Flying 4 Kids, a statewide kite fly! Park districts all over Illinois will raise awareness for the
Park District Youth License Plate program through kite flying. This annual event will be held at
Bock Neighborhood Center.
Families, kids, kite enthusiasts and novices are welcome to enjoy a day of good old fashioned kite flying and picnic. Bring your favorite kite or come ready to build one on site with one of the kite making kits. Wind or no wind, be a part of this event for a great cause! Don’t forget to bring your picnic lunch, too.
