Compete to be the last one standing at Schaumburg Park District’s Dodgeball Days Youth Outdoor Tournament.
The tournament will be held on July 12 at Olympic Park, 1675 Old Schaumburg Road. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. and matches will start at 10:30 a.m.
Players must be in fourth through sixth grade or seventh through eighth grade in the 2019-2020 school year. Teams must consist of six to ten players and can be co-ed, or made up of all boys or all girls.
“Dodgeball is a fun sport that allows children to be active and work as a team,” said Nick Kuta, athletics supervisor. “This tournament brings together a variety of suburban summer camps—it’s great to see teams cheering for one another throughout the entire day.”
Each participant will receive a T-shirt and prizes will be awarded to the top winning teams.
Registration is available at Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Registration deadline is July 5.
