Visit Heritage Farm to find out where bacon comes from. Visitors will see how 19th century farmers made sausage, salted hams and created other pork-related products to be eaten throughout winter in the 1880s. Event includes children’s activities and a wagon shuttle from the Nature Center to Heritage Farm. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.
This event is for all ages. Cost is $3 per person and $12 per family of six or fewer. Additional members are $3 each. Children ages 3 and younger are free.
