Drop that weight and pick up a pumpkin! In this class, you’ll run, jump, squat, and lift your pumpkin for a fun total body workout. After class, take your pumpkin outside and smash it. Smashed pumpkins will be used for composting at Spring Valley Nature Center. Participants should bring a pumpkin that weighs 6-12lbs to use throughout the class.
