Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring Chef Zak Dolezal and his team from Duke’s Alehouse and Kitchen in Crystal Lake, as they prepare dishes crafted from freshly sourced fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. Sip on local beer from Buffalo Creek Brewing, wine from Lynfred Winery and garden-themed cocktails crafted by our Spring Valley Garden to Glass team— all while enjoying the beautiful summer setting at the farm in our newly renovated Visitor Center.
