Join the Schaumburg Park District to learn more about the upcoming improvements at Apollo Park.
The District’s informational meeting will be held 6-7 p.m., April 21, 2026 at the Jerry Handlon Administration Building, 235 E. Beech Drive.
Apollo Park improvements include replacement of the playground equipment, safety surfacing, south-side asphalt path and benches, along with ADA updates to the playground and baseball field. A gaga ball pit and tetherball will also be added to the playground amenities. Construction is proposed to begin after school lets out and be completed before school resumes in August.
