Submit your predictions and watch the highly anticipated Academy Awards at Schaumburg Park District’s Oscars Watch Party.
The Oscars Watch Party is set for 7:30-10 p.m., Feb. 9 at Schaumburg Tennis Plus, 1416 N. Payne Road.
Upon arrival, movie buffs will fill out their ballot and get ready for the big event, which will be shown on multiple flat-screen TVs. Popcorn and other Oscar-themed food will be served.
“This is a really fun event for film lovers to enjoy a night out, watch the Oscars and vote on the winners,” said Kathleen Benson, Bock Neighborhood Center manager. “The person with the most correct guesses will win a prize to take home!”
Registration fee includes one drink at the bar (beer, wine or soda). Cost is $10 per person, must be 21 years or older to attend.
