Hang tough during this free cycling class set for 6 to 7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 4 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.

“Cycling is a great high-intensity and low-impact workout that is sure to make you sweat,” said Emily Silva, fitness supervisor. “Tie-dye and retro wear is encouraged.”

The 60’s for 60-Cycle Ride class is free for participants ages 18 and older. Preregistration is required.

Power Cycle is offered weekly on Mondays from 6 to 7 p.m. to Fitness Unlimited PLUS membership holders at no additional cost. The daily cost for Fitness Unlimited PLUS classes is $10. Punch cards are also available.
