Spring Valley's popular celebration of spring's arrival is back! Learn about the history of maple syruping at our demonstration areas and enjoy one of the best breakfasts around. Breakfast is served under a large enclosed tent on the grounds of Merkle Cabin, a short walk from the Nature Center, so dress for the weather. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, beverages and real maple syrup. Advance tickets for breakfast are $6.50; day-of prices are $8 (if available). Additional parking is available at St. Matthew Parish.

Advance breakfast sales end at 12 p.m., March 17. Day-of ticket sales (if available) will end at 11:30 a.m. each day. Admission to the Sugar Bush Fair and related activities are free. For more info, call 847-985-2100.
