Enjoy live music and play backyard games with family and friends at this unique outdoor event inspired by the community beer gardens once common in Schaumburg’s farming community. Pretzels, bratwurst, local craft beer and soda will be available for purchase or bring your own picnic dinner (outside alcohol is not permitted to be brought in). Park at St. Matthew Parish, following the signs to Merkle Cabin. A wagon shuttle will also be available. Event takes place rain or shine.
Music by Harper's Back Porch Revue. The ensemble explores Americana music from the late 19th to the mid-20th Centuries: blues and country, old time, folk, gospel, and more.
