Sugar Bush Fair is our beloved 2-day celebration of spring and the time-honored tradition of maple sugaring! Discover how Native Americans of the eastern woodlands introduced the art of maple syrup making, and see the process in action. A wagon shuttle will be available to transport guests between the breakfast area and the Nature Center. Admission to the Sugar Bush Fair and all related activities is FREE!

🎟️ Get Your Breakfast Tickets Early!
Enjoy a hearty breakfast under a large enclosed tent on the grounds of Merkle Cabin, a short walk from the Nature Center. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, beverages and real maple syrup! Gluten-free pancakes and vegetarian sausage are available upon request at the event. Advance breakfast tickets are $8 (available online until noon on Friday, March 13). Day-of breakfast tickets (if available) will be $10 (sold until 11:30 a.m.) on Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15.

Admission to the fair and demonstrations is free. Parking is available at the Nature Center and at St. Matthew Church, with easy access to the event site. A wagon shuttle will be available to transport guests between the breakfast area and the Nature Center. For more info, call 847-985-2100.
