Class Offerings

  • Barre Fusion - A total body workout utilizing body weight and higher reps to tone and strengthen.
  • Body Blast - High-energy, fat-blasting class that utilizes strength, endurance, resistance and dynamic movements to achieve the results you're looking for! 
  • Bootcamp - Experience a personal training style in a group fitness format. There are no fancy flourishes, just straightforward cardiovascular and strength conditioning integrated to increase overall fitness.
  • Cardio Combo - A mix of heart-rate-boosting styles of exercise ending with stretching and core strength. It is suitable for all
  • Cardio Drumming - Enjoy cardio exercises and drum to the beat of the music! This fun, fast-paced class will help you burn calories while having fun! 
  • Cardio Sculpt - Get and stay in shape with this intense boot-camp style workout! You will be challenged with a variety of agility, strength, plyometric, core and cardio drills to get your body ready for anything. Intermediate to advanced exercise levels recommended.
  • Core and More - This resistance training class targets the abdominal, back and gluteal muscles. All fitness levels welcome!
  • Restorative Yoga - This restful practice involves holding yoga poses for a longer duration; a process of deep relaxation.
  • SH1FT - A HIIT-formatted class to harness the six degrees of freedom. Up, down, side to side, forward, and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists.
  • Step Circuit - This interval training class mixes step and strength training.
  • Strength and Stretch - A total-body strength workout with an extra stretch. Spend the first 45 minutes strengthening all the major muscle groups before cooling down with an extended 30-minute total-body stretch.
  • Tabata Boot Camp - Minutes matter in this uncomplicated, intense format. Timed intervals of power, agility, cardio, strength and isometric exercises are combined to help achieve goals and push you even further.
  • Total Body Strength - This powerful class uses strength training, plyometrics and core exercises to define muscles and increase calorie-burning capacity.
  • TRX - Leverage gravity and body weight to perform exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.
  • Vinyasa Yoga - This light-intensity, aerobic physical activity will help tone and burn calories.
  • Yoga Flow - This class demystifies yoga for the safe and effective exercise and emphasizes lengthening, balance and strength. It blends traditional exercises with yoga techniques.
  • Zumba - This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party will move you! 

Land fitness classes are held at the Community Recreation Center, Meineke Recreation Center and Schaumburg Tennis Plus and The Sport Center.
